Taught by Josie Petrich, Licensed Midwife & Dr. Steph Libs from Cafe of Life!
The class is a 3 part series and will be on held on Wednesdays February 17th, 24th & March 3rd.
$375 per couple
A Holistic class to empower yourself through:
Class 1- Preparing yourself mentally, emotionally and physically for birth
Class 2- Stages of labor, comfort measures, breathing techniques & physiology of birth
Class 3- What to expect, first latch, newborn procedures, preparing yourself for transition to parenthood
