An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until October 5, 2021

This evidence based 6 weeks series specifically designed for those who are newly postpartum to recover from birth, heal your diastasis recti and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. What will you learn:

  • Diastasis Recti awareness – what’s really important about healing
  • Return to running readiness
  • Pelvic floor education
  • Core strengthening
  • Progressions of exercises that build week to week
  • Weekly topics of common experiences of motherhood

Online and in person options available  

Newborns to pre-crawlers are welcome to in person classes
