Join us for a relaxing 45 minute postpartum yoga class taught by instructor Randi Rogers
Allow yourself the time and space to connect to your new post birth body and relieve the mental and physical aches and pains that come along with the beautiful duty of motherhood. Class will include breath work and stretching focused on the hips, neck, shoulders, and back.
All skill levels welcome! Babysitting provided on site for all participants and a suggested donation of $15.
